Very bad. The sales associate told me everything is in stock, after i placed the order i get a message saying a product is no longer in stock and asking if i want another brand of the product or a refund, i said i wanted a refund. No answer for more than 3 days, i called urotuning and asked them whats happening. The customer service associate has no idea what is he doing, he is so lost and has no clue whats happening. He said i can wait 2 more days for the product to be back on stock and they will ship me the order. I said ok, dont refund me, i'll wait for the order to come with that product in it. Next day i get a refund. Absolutely no communication between you guys, so pathetic customer service. Then i called again after almost 3 weeks i think of waiting, nobody had no clue what was happening with the order, AFTER 2-3 WEEKS!!!!! The customer service guy said its gonna ship with UPS, and i wanted to make sure of that because USPS dont deliver in my area, and the guy said its no problem because its gonna be shipped with UPS. What a surprise, it was shipped with USPS. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My order was 1100$ and i received a horrendous experience. Will surely not order again from you guys. Pathetic.
