I am a long-time regular customer of EuroTuning. I am satisfied with all of their services.
But this shipping box was in good condition. However, there were some large and small dents on the pulley surface. It does not appear to be damage from shipping or handling. I think there is a problem with the production or inspection process, and this has reduced my confidence in Neuspeed products. I am debating whether to install this or not...
