Kevin from customer service was polite and very patient, continuing to answer all my quiries to ensure the right fit despite a hurricane hititng their state (WHAT A LEGEND). I ended up buying thier 268 CAM, heavy duty springs and gasket. I have not installed the parts yet, but on inspection everything looks high grade and built to last. Shipping and the packaging was also done quickly and of high quality- 0 damage due to the packing process done right!!. I do recommend UROTUNING and will certainly buy from them again. To all AUS/NZ VW owners- the ECU chip does not fit our cars! This was the only negative thing i can think of, which was the lack of information on their website relating to this issue. Maybe adding this additional info on your website to overseas buyers would save time but, I'm "nit picking". Keep up the awesome work!!
