I was a little annoyed that it took an awhile for them to have them ship my item I bought. But when I called they said they would look into it. Which they did and had my coilovers shipped. I guess really can’t complain because shipping was free and the coilovers look great on my car and my car handles so much better since I had them installed. I say was well with the wait.
