Very good customer service. due to a back order in the milltek it came in 4 weeks exactly like the website stated. Tips were scratched probably due to customs checking the package but they were able to get me 2 brand new tips and shipped in my hand within 3 days. Beyond happy with my experience with uro tuning and I’ll continue to use them
