They have a decent website and thats about it. You can never get ahold of anybody by phone especially if it is a customer service issue. After 3 days of trying I finally sent an email, Dustin responded, I responded with images for a return, he emailed me back saying that he had processed the warranty claim and that the vendor was sending new bearings. He didn't ask if that is what I wanted so I called immediately after receiving his email to no surprise he didn't answer. I responded with another email and questioned why no one ever picks up a phone and he responded with a lame excuse that he was gone the week before, not realizing that I had just called in the middle of our email chain which spanned over 30 minutes. Anyways he said he would process it as a return and half assed apologized for not asking how I wanted to proceed. Also the RMA label does not get shipped the same way it got shipped, example I received the package via FedEx and had to send it back via USPS which is a total pain in the ass since my local USPS is only open 830-430 and I work 8-5 which means I have to leave work early to ship the package back. Needless to say Urotuning has a long way to go before they reach the level of FCPEURO.COM and my personal opinion for anyone needing BMW parts use FCPEURO.COM.
