This was my first purchase from this company. Unfortunately it didn't go as expected, but I will give them another chance.
Once I realized I had an issue, it took a couple of days to get it handled and unfortunately the manufacturer was unable to correct the issue by sending out the properly cut size. They decided to ask me to trash what was left instead of returning it, since it was worthless at that point.
Got a refund eventually, but would have preferred to have the right size product.
