I have yet to have an issue with UT, shipping has been one of the quickest, communication is great, and I love that UT has options under most purchases - drop down choices for different single parts in a kit (im a huge fan of customization on any subject) brand choices and even just the option on install hardware alone is a nice touch (and points up for the dollar or two knock off an install kit on parts vs the stand alone install kit.) UT is one of my go to vendors. The only real critique I have isn't much. The most stand-outish is the noticeably smaller catalog (out of vendors i purchase from at least), which is fine. Disappointed in the lack of clearance department. Dont even think its changed more than 1 or 2 items since i first started browsing vendors in January, and since its not sorted by car specs there really isn't a thing for my vehicle i could spontaneously purchase. P.S. Might just be my galaxy 7, but the app is slower than dial up.
