The website was easy to navigate and order from, no trouble there. Getting a tracking number and updates is where the problems began. Had to constantly ask about my item before getting any information or anything in motion as far as tracking and shipping notifications. This was purchased weeks before Christmas and did not arrive for weeks after and was meant to be a Christmas gift. Item was packaged well, but instructions are very poor and modifications needed to be made for this to fit well. Fits very poorly out of the box, few simple holes should have been predrilled for this install to be complete. This item is an unfinished product if you want my honest opinion.
