My order was missing 3 flange nuts for Cat Converter. I called and they said they would ship a new set right away. A week later I called and was told they were out of stock(this was not mentioned on the first call) and would ship right away and that they would give me some "goodies" for the inconvenience. The nuts showed up six days later. I would have rather had the items shipped overnight than receive the goodies. All the parts were correct and worked very well, they just delayed my repairs and kept my car down for two extra weeks. :(
