While I can get past a part being packaged poorly, and defects with a part ordered, what I can't get past is when I bring up these issues with customer service and I am told, 'you already installed it so too bad,' and 'we always package our products like that.' I wasn't asking for my money back or anything special. I just wanted to provide feedback to help them
Make their products and service better. But after I got several rude emails from one employee, and never a response from a 'higher-up' which I asked for, I will not be using this company any more. Of course it sounds like they don't care about one customer who might have spent several hundred more dollars on their site. After all I already purchased the $120 part that turned out to be mediocre. So they got what they wanted out of me I guess. Good luck Urotuning.
