This was my first time buying anything from this site. I ordered an axel for my 20th anniversary GTI. Parts are hard to find in stores. The first axel that cane was missing bolts and it was defective. I was upset but mistakes happen. I called costumer service. They were very professional and helpful and they were able to ship me another axel as I returend the defective one. They shipped the new axel extremely fast. It was inconvenient but at the end I was able to replace my axel. I'm definitely buying from urotuning again.
