I cannot complain too much. Their customer service was top notch. However I did order a product that on their site didn't indicate that it was out of stock. After I placed my order I hadn't received a order confirmation for several days. So I took the initiative and reached out and was informed that I was out of stock and on order. Needless to say I ordered about 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my product. (It has shipped). Other than that pretty happy.
