Urotuning was a site I found kind of on mistake. I had never heard of them before so I took a look around the website and they had exactly what I was looking for so I placed the order. They shipped it the very next day and I had my tracking number and a much anticipated delivery date. I got home that day to find a door tag from FedEx that says Signature Required. This was very frustrating to see since I’m a commuter and theirs no way I can be home to sign for this package. I called FedEx and they said the shipper has to make the arrangements for a pickup. I called and spoke to Arron who was very nice and very helpful. I ended up getting the package but this was four days after the initial delivery attempt. Once I got the part everything looked great. I do appreciate the help but this could be prevented if this was noted somewhere that packages over $100.00 will require a signature. This isn’t stated anywhere, not even in the shipping details. This does not discourage me from placing orders with Urotuning, only next time I will have it delivered to my office.
