Their customer service is honestly really great. Dealing with Sarah Webster has been a pleasure. However, my experience with this product has been somewhat of a pain. I ordered this and it didn't ship for about a week and a half, that's understandable. However, my exhaust tracking number showed nothing for almost a week and a half so obviously, as concerned as I was, I gave them a call. Turns out my exhaust was shipped to New York under my name instead of my own address in Michigan. I'm pushing 3 weeks waiting on my exhaust and it's been rather obnoxious. Not to blame anyone really, as mistakes can happen, but this is a pretty big mishap and I'm not very happy about it.
