I have had great experiences with Urotuning and even their customer service team. But due to an extreme inconvenience and miscommunication I'm out $50 for shipping on an ecu they could not tuned but I was reimbursed withe some Urotuning swag a t shirt some stickers and a lanyard. That is my reasoning for 3 stars. I now prefer ECS Tuning due to this happening.
