Recently ordered a box of goodies for my 1.8t Audi. While I am impressed with the speed of shipping, my radiator was packed improperly and damaged beyond use in shipping. There was simply no protection for one side of the radiator and it squished up against the other parts in the box :(, I have contacted URO in regards to correction for this issue. Picture attached.
