I’ve been pleased with UroTuning, however, my most recent purchase of inlets for my BMW. I understand that my purchase was made on a Friday afternoon which i expect wouldn’t be filled until the following business day which would be Monday. After not receiving any feedback Monday or Tuesday i contacted UroTuning and was assured the item will be sitting in my doorstep by Friday. Today is Friday and no parts. Checked the tracking number which so happened to be forwarded Thursday and i won’t see the items until the follow week. It will be 2 weeks since placing this order and now I’ll have to wait even longer before my car gets out of the shop. Super frustrating!!!
