I had a few questions initially before making a purchase and the salesperson had absolutely no technical knowledge whatsoever on the product... this was my first, and it will probably be my last purchase from Urotuning because of this unfortunate experience!!! how can you be a salesperson at a performance product company and not know anything about the products you're selling? seriously!!!
