I have a 1.8t with a 6 speed transmission and apparently the tool alotted with the kit does not work. I have had a replacement tool sent out thinking there was a possible mishap but it's the same as the one originally sent. The diameter of the tool isn't large enough to sit snug on the dual mass flywheel. I have tried reaching out a second time via customer support to no avail. Please respond. Thanks
