I give 4 stars based on the limited experience I have with UroTuning. I typically shop with ECSTuning because I prefer their layout and overall prices more. ECS notoriously has the worst customer service, in fact I usually have to call them every other order to straighten something out. In the limited experience I have had with UroTuning, the staff has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. UroTuning ships much faster than ECS, and I have only had to phone UroTuning once regarding an order that wasn't made by me. It was handled swiftly and with great care. Again, 4 stars because I simply haven't shopped here enough to determine if a larger sample of orders would yield a consistent experience. If your website was laid out with more product information, a wider variety of parts, your own kits assembled by UroTuning and an overall better layout, I would be open to ordering more from this company.
