I normally always get great customer service and ease of purchase with these guys. I just wish the companies they partnered with for certain products and 'direct shipments' were more communicative. It's out of urotuning's hands when they aren't the ones shipping it but some communication in a more timely matter would've been better. Direct ship said 1-2weeks, i got it almost a month later.
