I ordered one item more then a week ago & received a tracking number but it seems my item still has not been shipped. Then after trying to find a customer service number on their site, I only found an email. After sending an email, I still have not received any response or been contacted & the tracking information is still listed as pending. I received emails for reviews but I still have not spoken to a customer service representative.
