I ordered the Edna Mode palette and one eye liner as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately when it arrived, one of the eyeshadow colors was shattered. I emailed customer service and they got back to me quickly asking for a photo of said shattered product, I sent the photo and nearly immediately received an email saying they’d sent a new palette. I’m not a big makeup gal, and I bought these as a gift so I haven’t tested the product, but the customer service gets 10/10.
