Really disappointed with my first time ordering from Ciate London. They sent the wrong items in my order. Instead of the Glitter Storm palette and the Dewy Stix I ordered, I got a mascara and 2 mini nail polishes. I wrote to customer service several times, but there has been no response. I wanted to wear the Glitter Storm palette to holiday parties, so the poor customer service is really disappointing.
