I order three items on 11/23/18 and it took nearly three weeks to get shipped and delivered to me. I had to reach out three different times to get a response on when my items would ship. And still, I got no answer as to why it took so long for my items to ship. I did get an apology, which was nice, but the customer service was lacking. I really love Ciate products and was happy to order more, I just wish I would have received better customer service.
