Neither color I ordered looks anything like what they did online. To add to that, both colors look terrible on me. This is my first time shopping with Ciaté and I’m pretty disappointed. I wrote customer service yesterday am (1/6) and it replied that they were out of the office until 1/2 for the new year and never heard anything else. I heard nothing but good things about this product, so I’m not sure what went wrong with my order.
