I have yet to receive my product, and the issue has yet to be resolved. It’s been 4 days, and I have received one email back telling me to “double-check”. Obviously if I ordered and PAID for products I have checked with my neighbors, and family. I would like to receive my product or a refund, and have it addressed in a timely manner instead of days after I sent my first email.
