I ordered 2 colors..I received them in a first class padded envelope. I immediately noticed the boxes were not sealed in any way...the lipsticks inside were not sealed either. Due to this I decided not to try them at all. I believe these items were already used. Upon contacting the company I was told that I could return the items, at MY COST. I was also told that I would receive a refund, minus shipping, for the unused items. This transaction will be my last with this company. If you receive open items...use at your own risk...I refused..now I'm out my time AND money..the company has both! Plan to share this story.
