My experience was really amazing. The packaging and shipping was really fast and my product is perfect. I already knew the product would be good as I sampled it ib Ipsy but I am really pleased with the full size. I didn’t really have to communicate with customer service on here, however whoever runs the Ciaté Instagram was really nice and actually showed love on my story mention and wished me well. I will definitely be purchasing again.
