horribly disappointed in everything. the colors were very different than advertised or shown. the glittery ness of the flip was not as shown. the customer service when i wrote an email was we dont take anything back that was opened! so not nice they had every excuse in the book about the color and lack of glitter!! i expected so much more from this luxury brand!!!!
