My item was not properly packaged and broke in transit. A sheetof paper is not going to keep an eyeshadow palette safe from bouncing about. I wrote in to let the company know that my item was damaged and was told that I now have to wait for a whole new shipment to come in to get a replacement item. I placed my initial order very early on in the day of release for the limited run makeup that I purchased. I’m never ordering online again because I don’t trust how my item was packed.
