I would have rated Very Good (5 stars) if I had not received the frustrating and disappointing overall experience. I placed my order and waited excitedly, but 10 days went by and I hadn't received an email with any kind if follow up nor had my order been processed. I sent several messages and didnt hear anything back for 2 or 3 days. When I was responded to I was informed that one of my ordered purchases was now sold out so they put my entire order on hold and planned to keep it on hold until it came back in stock...... without any communication with me. They replaced the now sold out color with a different one and I finally got my purchase just shy of three weeks after I ordered it. The products are amazing and i will absolutely continue to use and even tell all my friends and family to buy these products because they are that amazing, but very upset how there was no communication and the frustration the experience caused.
