My first purchase ever from Ciate was the Jessica Rabbit palette and it arrived damaged. However, I am giving 5 stars because customer service was extremely helpful and sent me a new one in pristine condition. The quality of the eyeshadows are wonderful and long lasting. Will definitely be purchasing other products in the near future.
