I cannot review the product because I haven't received it. It's been almost 3 weeks since my purchase and according to the tracking information, the package hasn't even shipped yet. I've just sent off my 2nd email regarding this and have requested a refund as part of the order was supposed to be a gift. So far, no word from Ciate as to what happened.
