customer service is good! the first glitter lip shade i ordered looked so much lighter than what it showed online and was replaced without a fuss. they didnt ask me to return the product but they sent me another shade that looks better on me. however, the product itself did not meet my expectations. i applied 2 layers of the product since 1 layer looked very thin. the glitter is there when i pressed on my lips but it was so patchy. some parts of my lips looked chapped and to make it worse, it felt really dry. i want to love this product since this is Jeffree Starr approved but this is a NO for me 🤦‍♀️😑
