If I could give no stars I would. My package was missing, when I contacted customer service, there was no response. I waited a few days and contacted customer service, they finally replied stating that they'll reissue the missing lipsticks. I was instructed to provide alternative shipping address, and since then I've heard nothing back. It's been over 2 weeks and still no package. I will be filing a claim with my bank.
