I like the formula. I usually use lip balm underneath to keep my lips from chapping. When I tried these I did it with no balm. With balm the color comes off more easily. Without balm the color stays on the lips much better. Long wear and nice colors. I didn’t experience any feathering but if your lips are prone to chapping and feathering on their own, you’d need a lip balm under it.
