So, I’ve been dying to try the glitter flip lippies for eons and have finally had the money to, only I was too stupid to realize until after the order was confirmed and shipped that I had accidentally sent it to my old address since apparently my address on Apple Pay hadn’t been updated since I moved. I sent an email minutes after placing the order with my correct address, but it was too late as it had already left the building. The day I got an email saying my order was delivered, I drove over to my old apartment to see if the package was left outside or if the new occupants would be home to give it to me, but I had no such luck. I called the office to see what they could do and they were completely unhelpful (no surprise, as they were the reason we left) and refused to even give me a call back if someone brought it to the office. Of course this upset me, and I felt so stupid for not noticing the address beforehand, but when I explained the situation to customer service via email, they responded that they would send me a whole new order to my proper address, which got here the next day!!! I have had some really bad customer service experiences over the years, but these people are really great and I will absolutely buy from them again.
