I love most of my products and they arrived surprisingly fast, but I needed to return something and the return policy is terrible, so I won’t be purchasing from here again. There are MANY beauty suppliers that don’t require returns to be completely unopened and don’t charge for return shipping. Now I’m stuck with an expensive product, in a color that I cannot wear. Very disappointing!
