I'm being billed against my wishes.
Their system does everything it can go prevent the loss of business, even down to the chat bot.
It's very sad that resort to obfuscation to prevent people from leaving when their wines are good.
My complaint is they encourage you to pause and do not confirm you wish to continue once the pause period is over.
