I ordered items, couldnt apply the discount code, said my order didn't qualify for the discount, 200 pounds worth,, then my order came and one item still had a security tag on it. It took 4 or 5 days to get through the automated contact form to get a real response which was quite disappointing. Resolve was put at send back through post and re order item again! Had to push for a courier to collect and have a return item dispatched. Customer care and service is definately lacking.
