Wish I could leave a good review, but ordered by goods a week ago and have two issues:
- two of the items I was charged for, then got an email to say they were out of stock afterwards which was so disappointing
- I still haven’t received my order despite paying for next day delivery. Hermes are not giving me or USC any updates and a week later I don’t have my items nor have I received a refund.
Absolute joke and nearly £200 out of pocket!
