Your web site and ordering is all ok but please stop using Yodel. Of all the carrier services available they are probably the worst. In this case they delivered my order to a commercial address at 5.45 and then when I used the redeliver facility on the web site it was a good as useless. I paid for next day delivery when the shoes were ordered on Wednesday last week, as yet I still do not have the shoes or any indication as to when they will arrive. I would like a refund for the next day delivery please.
