I love shopping with usc, usually in your shops, very disappointed about your return system though, think you must be one of the very few that charge the customer for returns. I ordered 4 pairs of trainers for my children, 2 of these needed to be exchanged for smaller size, and one you sent me the wrong size!, it cost me over £12 to return!!!!! I probably won't be shopping online with your store any longer now, due to this.
