Upon receiving my trainers I noticed that there was a "glue" mark the size of a 5p on the side. They should have been quality checked before leaving the warehouse and sent out. The box that the trainers came in was ripped and dented.
When I took the items back to the store in Warrington, I was advised that they could not issue a refund they could only swap or give a credit note... This is poor customer service because to send them back I would have had to pay postage.
I feel that that the overall service I have received could have done with improving as a result I am reluctant to order offline again.
