Usually i have a good service except for my last time i shopped with USC i ordered shoes size 8 for my son and when i received them in the box it was written size 8 but the actual shoes were size 10. the worse bit was if i need to exchange them i should pay again for the delivery and i already paid for the first delivery. at the end the customer service sort it out and sent me a freepost address but until i received the correct delivery i was worried that my parcel can get lost. so i think it is better to make sure you send the correct item first time. thanks
