I shop a lot from USC but I was dissapointed with my online delivery this time as the trainers I ordered for a present were dirty and the clothes packaged very untidily! I contacted customer care to ask how to return the trainers for replacement with out costing myself as it was not my fault and was told I'd be emailed to get refund for my postage, this email never arrived so I had to call again and the email did arrive but to late for the post office so I will now have to wait till after wknd to return them and now replacement will be late for birthday!
