Bought a nice top from usc and went to put it on and the zip was faulty. I returned the item to the store and asked for an exchange in the same size.
I was told that they didn't have my size but I could go on line and reorder. I asked if the store was able to order it in for me as the top was faulty and it would mean me paying the £4.99 postage. As the top was supplied faulty I would of thought that was a fair thing to do. However they were unable to do so as it's not company policy.
No if I wanted to return something that I had broke then i would expect some sort of charge but I thought it was poor customer service for me to pay the postage costs when usc supplied me a faulty item
