All in all not too bad with just two exceptions that's always p****d me off and that's the fact that half the time the packaging is either inadequate or battered and bruised by the time it gets here ( and that's including packaging of actual items bought like trainer and shoe boxes for example ) and the other thing was the lack of a pre-paid returns service of some sort?
